The kid's room was great for our little one - lots of toys, books, and crayons to keep them occupied. There's a Safeway right down the street and it's only 10 minutes to downtown Monterey. "This house was perfect for us travelling as a young family, with lots of equipment for children/babies being readily available. Our daughter also loved the many toys and games that were already there, so we settled very quickly! The location is brilliant, with all the activities of Monterey and Carmel within 15 mins drive."

"The property was VERY clean, and we even thanked the cleaning person when we left. It's super close (very walkable- a block and a half) to a great park. The negatives: the backyard doesn't have the fire pit as shown in listing, the dryer was having issues with the hose not being attached to the wall, the instruction sheets conflicted on if we needed to take the garbage to the street and if we had to strip beds (we did). Overall decent place, lovely neighborhood, great location in Seaside. "
