"Pool was closed and we weren’t told about this at all.. pretty disappointing. Breakfast in the morning was fast and staff were very sweet. Self check in was a bit more work since we arrived so late at night, but the staff worked over email to coordinate us getting our keys. Very safe area and close to lots of our excursions. "

"Super nice property. Love the hot spring. Go there every day. The compensatory tour is super nice too and learned a lot about the rain forest and the little town. Would recommend it. "

"We absolutely loved our stay Casa Luna. We didn’t make time to use the spa or massages but the stay and breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint we had was how hard the bed was in the junior suite. Pure Vida!"

"Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The nightly dance shows are stupendous! We couldn't catch all the comedy dialogue in Spanish, but it was fun anyway, and the dancers and splendid costumes were amazing. "

"Our room was at the top of the hill which was a great view, but no soundproofing. It was loud. The towels and the shampoo/body wash were subpar. We had a car so did not have to rely on the shuttle but a shuttle is provided. We did the night walk which was fun but way too long. An hour would have been plenty. "
