Poolhouse with shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, single garage at the house. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Su strada direzione Francia" 200 m, sandy beach "La Cabane Plage" 3 km pebble beach "Balzi Rossi" 750 m. Marina 4 km.
