"We had a 1 night stay and it was brilliant, room was amazing and a gorgeous sea view, everywhere was lovely and clean and the staff were really friendly, would highly recommend 🙂 great having parking at the hotel too"

"Checking in was not the best experience by far, no welcome, explanation of the hotel amenities, this was our first stay, this was down to the individual on the day, as the other reception staff were friendly, but first impressions not a great start. Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, towels were crisp white, soft and luxurious. Bed again very clean and comfortable. Some markings on the wall where luggage rack was, be great if touched up to give an overall clean experience. Food was outstanding, both evening meal and breakfast during our stay was served, fresh, hot, well presented and flavoursome. Overall a lovely stay, definitely stay again, best breakfast in Llandudno!"

"Lovely hotel which was very clean, apart from the window which had hand prints all over. The beds were really comfy and the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Only downside was advertised as free parking but with only a small car park was told it was full and would have to park on the street instead. Paid £6.40 for 21 hours on the street so not a big deal but a bit disappointing."

"A cute hotel with a perfect view of Llandudno bay, the promenade and pier. It is in the middle of all the action but also quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and the king sized bed comfortable and clean."

"Perfect location for the theatre. Made for an affordable one night stay for our night out. We booked last year and got a good price. Seems the earlier you book the better in my experience. The lady serving in the bar was so nice and helpful. Reception staff were efficient. We stayed in room 227, it was actually quite good really, quiet, clean, and comfy enough for what we needed. Overall very happy with our stay especially for the price we paid. Would happily stay again. We didn’t have breakfast as we are vegan and it didn’t appear to cater for us, also we didn’t want any breakfast there anyway because we headed to the newly refurbished Colwyn Bay Wetherspoon (which caters brilliantly for vegans). Had a really good stay at the seafront hotel, definitely recommend if looking for a nice reasonable place to sleep for a night."

"Great location, plenty of car park space within the property. Our room was on the 2nd floor, stairs only. Lovely, comfy room, clean, good size bathroom with shower. Dinner was great in the restaurant. Breakfast had cereal at buffet, then order cooked from menu. Good meals. Great staff, friendly, good history of hotel with links to JW Lees. We had two nights, happy to stay here again."
