Located in Vero Beach, within a short driving distance to the ocean and beaches, dining, shopping, and family friendly activities. Spend time outside near the relaxing pool or large outdoor area. The house has a king bed master suite with cable, a queen with smart TV, and another queen spare bedroom. Full kitchen perfect for the cooking enthusiast. AC is equipped with an Active Pure Air Scrubber destroying 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants. Dogs under 20lbs allowed with pet fee or contact host for larger. Not cats or birds.

Great house in the tropics of Vero Beach

Great home with everything you need to have a lovely stay in Vero Beach. Short drive to some of the best beaches we have ever experienced. Nice pool for when you’re back at the house. Comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen.

Family Vacation

Stayed for a week for a family vacation and we could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the pool, the amenities & the peace and quiet. We are building a house in the area and this property is a great place to relax after meeting with people about the build. Very quiet area and neighbors, clean property with many amenities for both adults and children. Eddie is on top of things if you ever need anything during your stay.

This house was a perfect getaway to spend time with our relatives over the holiday weekend. The rental is on a very quiet street and the property was just as described. The property is equipped with everything you need to a "staycation"! The pool was great with lots of privacy on the large lot. The location is very convenient to local shopping and the beach.

I’ve stayed at this home the last two years for Thanksgiving, it’s been great all the way around. It has everything we need and it’s close to the beach and restaurants. It’s also always quiet in the area. Eddie is always accommodating and helpful with anything you need. Always in good hands with this property.

Great rental experience!

The home was very comfortable, good location, and many thoughtful things provided for guests such as a few coffee pods, enough soap for a couple of loads of laundry, the appliances all worked well, the wifi was super fast Xfinity, loved the sunporch, pool and yard, etc. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one covered all the bases and I didnt have any complaints or issues. :) Will definately be renting there again..

Quiet place to relax, close to everything

The property is as pictured, clean and everything is in good working order. Host was good with communication. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. The house is well stocked with items for the pool, games, anything you need to cook. We did not have pets with us and though the property is pet friendly we would never have known anyone had pets there prior to our arrival

Beautiful Vibes

This was a great trip even though I had dislocated my shoulder right before this trip. The house was immaculate, the yard beautiful. Birds and rabbits, lovely foliage. The pool clean and heated. The neighborhood is very quiet, so you wouldn’t party here. Everyone in the neighborhood very respectful. I would like to stay at this house anytime I’m visiting my family that live in vero. The owners very helpful when needed. Again thank you Mr. Nero(Eddie)

I doubt this could be beaten. The property is in a quiet location near the beach, and close to food shopping and a good variety of restaurants. There was everything we wanted. The house is well maintained in good sized grounds. The pool was perfect for the adults and the 3 year old in our party. He also loved discovering the many outside toys in the garage and inside toys in the cupboard.

Convenient to everywhere at wanted to go. Nice quiet street. Lots of things in the home to entertain the children. Books, games, toys, pool.... The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with, and even sent friendly reminders for little things I might miss. I plan on staying at this house again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy.

Eddie is a gem! Can't imagine a better host - responded fast, taking care of us like cherished family. Example: battery powered vacuum cleaner didn't hold charge well; Eddie pointed out a second, corded vacuum in the closet and then contacted the owner who authorized a new battery powered replacement which Eddie delivered promptly. Property clean, accurately described. Tryly heated and weekly serviced pool a real asset - did water aerobics 57 of the 59 days stay. Floating basketball hoop was a fun plus. The stay felt like a home - well appointed with decorative touches. Property next to last on a dead end street - no traffic.

Sweet Beach House

We loved this house. The three bedrooms fit our family with two teenagers perfectly. It was very clean upon check in. The pool is a good size for playing games, racing around, and floating. The house has pool toys and beach gear. Unfortunately we stayed during a week with tons of rain so we didn’t get many hours on the beach. We did greatly enjoy the pool during breaks from the rain. The location is about 15-20 minutes from many different beaches. We loved the beaches! Publix is ten minutes away-easy drive. We tried a bunch of restaurants and had just a really good week together. The house itself is just so sweet. Everything worked and appeared well maintained. If we came back, I’d rent it again. Even doing our laundry was easy. Communication with the manager was prompt and professional. We are happy we chose this house for our family.

Perfect pool house close to everything!!

This house is ideal for a beach getaway! It is well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything from beaches to shops and restaurants is within a 10-15 min drive. The pool and yard were perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. Would recommend!

This is a nice home on a quiet street. It is well appointed and about a 10 minute drive to Wabasso beach. There are markets and restaurants about 5 minutes away. It was very comfortable for 6 adults.

Very clean and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for. The pool was immaculate and I loved the vegetation surrounding the enclosure. Nice view of one of the largest stag horn ferns I've ever seen.
