Civico12 is an apartment located in a privileged position in a historic building, in the heart of Verona, 20 meters from the Arena, Piazza Bra, Via Mazzini and Portoni Borsari. Equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay in this beautiful city, the Civico12 consists of: fully equipped kitchen; hall with sofa, television and table; bathroom with large shower and equipped with towels and shower towels and a spacious and bright bedroom.
The kitchen, made to measure, allows you to have an oven and microwave with touchscreen controls, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine with integrated dryer. The entire worktop is in marble and also offers a small counter to enjoy breakfast or a quick break. The living area overlooks the courtyard of the building, a quiet place at all times of the year and cool on summer days. To welcome you in this room there are a spacious corner sofa, a flat-screen satellite TV, a modern design table (De Padova) and a small library where you can find city and local guides, as well as a selection of novels for moments of relaxation. The bedroom is spacious and bright, furnished in an essential and cozy way with a comfortable double bed Frau, design bedside tables and touch lamps.
The bathroom is entirely covered in mosaic and natural stone, with a large relaxing shower. Included are towels, shower screens, toiletries and a hairdryer.
A frosted glass sliding door separates the living area from the sleeping area. In the small corridor that connects these two areas of the apartment has been created a large wardrobe, with drawers and shelves, ideal for storing luggage.
