I lived the whole experience of being in this lovely hotel with good breakfast, personable staff and a nice room. However, the walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors chatting until midnight and then someone banging or closing doors at 6 am. A lively place but should have sound ...

Hotel Siena
I did'have breakfast, but I requested a glass with ice and the front desk lady said she could not provide any ice and sent me to a bar next door. It was not nice from a perspective of a good customer service.
