TRANQUILITY IN QUIET GARDEN WITH POOL (long stays only - prices negotiable)

A SMALL PARADISE:

The two side by side rental bungalows are situated in the opposite side of the old house about 20 meters distance. There's a large garden with a variety of plants and a 10m X 5m pool. There is a largelawn area in the middle of the garden with garden chairs and umbrellas.
Hardly any cars ever dare pass through our very narrow lane so it's like having a private road with zero traffic. Sheep on the neighbour's land on one side and no traffic nearby. Very clean air. A small view of the seawhihc is 2km from our gate.
There's a garage for two small to medium cars. Large cars will have to be parked on the raod nearby.
The garden bungalows have one bedrrom each with tw single beds. A bathroom with large shower area and WC and washbasin.
There is a living oom with a small screnn TV mainy for DVD films.There is a kitchenette whihc is fully equipped with china, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery, etc and a good sized fridge-freezer. There's also a open but covered area outside the bungalow like a covered verandah area. If you like hiking we're about half way up the hills that join Afife to Viana do Castelo (south) and to V.P.Ãncora to the north. These hills are part of the original Portuguese Camiño de Santiago. We are 90km form Porto and 75km from vigo in Galicia Spain.Viana do Castelo is 11 kms south of our place and it is a beautiful historical town with a vareity of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc even a shopping mall. Caminha about 12km to the north is a beautifultown facing St. Tecla in Spain separated from Spain by the beautiful estuary where the river Minho joins the Atlantic. From Viana do Castelo to Caminho there are over 20km os beaches many quite free from crowds even druing the busy and crowded month of August.Our place is quiet and appeals to those enjoying time to read, to swim peacefully and undistrubed and to relax in the garden: guests have often called it a "small paradise" when reviewing our place.
