"Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel."

"Loved the proximinty to Victoria Falls and ease of setting up round trip lodge transfers. Room over looking the watering hole as well as the restaurant and bar offered peaceful view and gorgeous sunsets for our two nights there. "Very central and easy access to brewery, distillery, craft markets, central town and even easy walk to the falls. It’s a large site with many rooms, breakfast can be full but always lots of food and good service. "

"Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "
