The breakfast was amazing.We also dinner had, which was very good.The staff was friendly and helpful.More of a neighborhood feel.Close to to subway, streetcars and buses.Also the hop on hop off bus stop is less than a block away.Love this hotel would stay again

Stayed here a few days and found the place to not be clean. There was a dead fly on the staircase for days, very dusty room, stained or dirty pillowcase. Some staff were friendly, others not so much.

Hotel was classic and very beautiful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were so friendly. Location was that the station of U1 and U4 metro was nearby and we can go central station, Schonbruun Place and etc. directly. St. Stephan’s cathedral and shopping area is next station. Also we can walk and it takes about 15min. But Hotel area is quite. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and well located. Service was good, room was good, shower was good, but the parking should be listed as limited. When we arrived there was no spots available, they only have 10 spaces, i recommend to reserve your spot prior you arrive, otherwise you would have to park to a public parking next to it for 5 euros more expensive than the hotel.
