Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom-apartment. on 2nd floor with lift. Non smoking. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Sunscreens (shutters) on every window. The infrastructure is excellent. All shops for daily use are around the corner. The Schönbrunn Palace, the famous Zoo, Vienna's longest shopping street (Mariahilferstrasse), the museum of engineering, a Fitness Center are very close. A metro station is located just 2 minutes from the apartment. The inner city can be reached ( St. Stephan's Cathedral) within 10 minutes by underground. The keys are handed over by the owner personally.
On week-ends (friday 9 pm to monday 9 am) a and holidays parking infront of the building is free of charge. For week days a public garage nearby can be used. Price: € 9,50 for 24 hours.
A baby cot 120 x 60 cm, bedding and a high chair are at your disposal.

FĂŒr unseren StĂ€dtetrip nach Wien hatten wir uns diese schöne Wohnung ausgesucht. Die Wohnung hat zwei große RĂ€ume mit Doppelbetten und einen großen Raum zum Essen und Verweilen. Mit sehr gut isolierten Fenstern und AußenrolllĂ€den ist die nĂ€chtliche Ruhe gesichert und wer Wert auf WLAN legt, wird sich freuen. In drei Minuten ist man bei einem sehr gut sortiertem Supermarkt und der Tiefgarage. Die U-Bahn im 5-Minuten-Takt ist ebenfalls in drei Minuten erreichbar. Sie fĂ€hrt nur 12 Minuten bis zum Stephansdom. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung, in der wir von der Vermieterin persönlich herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt wurden.

The owner, Anna, and her husband met us outside the apartment and assisted us as we had an extremely late check-in due to late arrival at Vienna airport. They provided information regarding best method of transportation and sites to visit. Bright, clean, high ceilings, large space, modern kitchen and bathroom. Internet & Wi-Fi included. King beds in two large bedrooms. Everything that we needed was available. We highly recommend this place. A big thank you to both Anna and Georg.

September 2019. es war einfach nur super. Die Gastgeber sind verbindlich, nett und alles war wie zugesagt. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel liebe mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet . Die Anbindung zum Zentrum durch die NĂ€he der u-Bahn optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Großes Lob und hoffentlich nur GĂ€ste 👍die alles vorgefundene zu schĂ€tzen wissen

Die perfekte Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Öffis sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und damit alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten dieser tollen Stadt. Bei Ankunft gab es noch nĂŒtzliche Tipps vom Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder.

Diese wunderschöne, sehr saubere Wohnung hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Viel Stauraum, separates WC, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind nur einige Dinge, die zu nennen sind. Auch die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles fĂŒr das tĂ€gliche Leben vorhanden. Wenn man sich nach 5 Minuten schon „heimisch“ und wie zu Hause fĂŒhlt, dann kann es sich nur um eine schöne Wohnung handeln. Die Lage der Wohnung ist vorzĂŒglich, zu der U-Bahn und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle sind es fusslĂ€ufig 2 Minuten. Dort sind auch BĂ€cker und GeschĂ€fte zu finden. GrĂ¶ĂŸter Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung sind allerdings die Vermieter. Ganz liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen, eine solch nette BegrĂŒĂŸung und EinfĂŒhrung haben wir noch nie erlebt. Hiermit möchten wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich fĂŒr einen wundervollen Urlaub bedanken. Wir wĂŒnschen Ihnen alles gute und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen in Wien. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe Familie Kliesch

Die Wohnung der Familie Illichmann befindet sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he des Sisi-Schlosses Schönbrunn. Wir wurden fĂŒrstlich mit Trauben und Apfelsaft von den herzlichen Gastgebern empfangen. Obwohl das Apartment sich in einem wunderbar alten Haus befindet, ist die FeWo ganz modern, gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet. Auch die Kinder waren sehr begeistert. Um die Ecke gibt es die Straßenbahn und die U-Bahn, die einem in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum bringt. Das Auto kann man in der Parkgarage (10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung) fĂŒr 5 Euro p/T abstellen. Die Ein- und Ausfahrkarte gibt die Gastgeberin. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Vienna is fabulous and scenic and there are numerous choices on where to stay. We would highly recommend this apartment. The owners took time to familiarize us with their apartment, the neighborhood and the transit system. They arranged a taxi from the airport which was very much appreciated after 18 hours on flights. We arrived at their apartment and they were on hand to show us how everything worked. George and Anna Illichmann were more host and hostess than owners. Answered our phone call when we needed some shoe repairs with recommendations and directions. We've traveled a lot internationally and these owners make a difference in the quality of your time in their beautiful city. We loved our stay and, given the opportunity, will stay here again absolutely! Oh, and beds are comfortable, washer and dryer in the apartment and all photos are accurate. Thank you Anna and George!

Muy espacioso, equipado con todo lo que tienes en tu propia casa, y con muchos detalles que hacen muy acogedora la estancia. Detrås de la entrada al edificio estå la parada del metro y del tranvía, por lo que en pocos minutos estås en el centro de Viena. También hay supermercado. La propietaria es muy amable y te proporciona todo tipo de información. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt (Merkur), BĂ€cker oder der U-Bahn (U3,, HĂŒtteldorfer Str.) sind es zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten. Zum Schloss Schönbrunn sind es zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten. Wir werden die Wohnung bei unserem nĂ€chsten Wienaufenthalt gerne wieder buchen und können sie sehr empfehlen.

This apartment is bright, roomy, comfortable, spacious and completely updated. (The VRBO pictures don’t do it justice.) It is VERY well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed. There is a washer and a dryer in the apartment. We choose VRBO locations that are not in the sightseeing areas of cities but that are easy to get to the sights. This was perfect for us, located in a nice neighborhood, 2 blocks from Metro and trams and a grocery store around the corner. Anna is a wonderful host. She is helpful, knowledgeable and a treat to work with. She gave us detailed instructions on getting to the apartment; recommended which transit pass to buy; provided tons on information on where to go and what to see; AND recommended a nearby bakery that that makes the most amazing chocolate croissants. (We had those fresh croissants every day for breakfast.) If there was a 6 star rating in VRBO, we would give it to this apartment!

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche in Wien und haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Familie Illichmann hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig, bietet viel Platz in den SchrĂ€nken, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Fenster sind gut isoliert und haben RolllĂ€den von außen. Selbst Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie BĂŒgelbrett und -eisen sind vorhanden. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind direkt um die Ecke, ebenso BĂ€cker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können diese Wohnung nur wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und sehr zuverlĂ€ssig, immer erreichbar, nochmals vielen Dank fĂŒr die guten Tipps! Die Wohnung liegt optimal; in der NĂ€he der U-Bahn und Tram, die direkt ins Zentrum fahren, alle GeschĂ€fte sind schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem wunderschönen Altbau und ist sehr grosszĂŒgig geschnitten; ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Teenagern sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden dieser Wohnung jederzeit wieder den Vorzug geben. Wir empfehlen Vermieter, Wohnung und Lage!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie schien erst kĂŒrzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es empfiehlt sich, das Parkhaus in der NĂ€he (ca. 10 Min. Fußweg) zu benutzen und sich nicht auf die Beschilderung bzgl. der Parkzonen zu verlassen. Im Zweifel empfehle ich die App "Kurzparkzonen Wien". Die hĂ€tte uns ein Knöllchen erspart. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

L'appartement est spacieux, trÚs bien équipé et joliment décoré, il est également trÚs propre et bien entretenu. En centre ville et à 2 pas du métro et du tram. Les propriétaires sont trÚs accueillants et prévenants; il sont disposés à vous faciliter la vie et à vous rendre service. The apartment is spacious, nicely very well equipped and decorated, it is also very clean and maintained well. In city center and in 2 steps of the subway and the streetcar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gĂŒnstig gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln einfach zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frau Illichmann als Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf alle Fragen des Gastes, den Aufenthalt betreffend, kann sie kompetent antworten. Die frischen Rosen auf dem Tisch und die Flasche Wein im KĂŒhlschrank sind besonders hervorzuheben.
