Die Kommunikation war schrecklich, die Schlüsselbox war angeblich gerade kaputt gegangen (wohl vom Vormieter…allerdings fehlte auch noch eine andere Box auf dem Flur). Der Schlüssel lag dann irgendwo auf einem Bilderrahmen. Vorher war niemand an der Telefonnummer ans Telefon gegangen. Also lieber nicht noch mal über diesen Anbieter buchen!

Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, daß keine Schlüsselbox existierte. Den Schlüssel zur Ferienwohnung fanden wir dann eher zufällig auf einem Bilderrahmen im Hausflur. Küche: keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, sehr wenig Geschirr und Töpfe. Den vorhandenen Geschirrspüler konnten wir kaum sinnvoll nutzen, da bei Vorhandesein von nur 5 Tassen, 2 mal Kaffeetrinken ohne Abwasch nicht möglich war. Kaffee haben wir aufgrund des nicht Vorhandenseins einer Kaffeekanne in einem kleinen Topf gebrüht. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war durchaus gut.Die Luft die aus der Klimaanlage kam roch leider nach Schimmel!!! Fernsehen über Kabel oder Satellit war nicht möglich! Und um eine behagliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen, sollte man nicht auf eine Vielzahl an Kunstblumen und einen elektrischen Kamin zurückgreifen.

Obwohl wir in Favoriten wohnten, sind wir angenehm von der Wohnung, der Freundlichkeit der Menschen und der sehr guten Verkehrsverbindung überrascht gewesen.

Pas de clé à l'arrivée !

Notre arrivée a été stressante, keybox disparue, pas de clé pour entrer, pas d'interlocuteur direct. Grâce à l'aide du gérant de la pizzeria voisine et à son appel à la propriétaire, nous avons pou pénétrer dans l'appartement. un message nous a été envoyé une heure plus tard pour nous dire où se trouvait la clé, que nous avions déjà récupérée. Cet appartement présent plein de qualités, calme, luminosité, terrasse agréable, proximité du tramway D qui permet de rejoindre le centre en moins de 20 minutes ; c'est pourquoi il est d'autant plus décevant de manquer de vaisselle (pas de casseroles, pas de saladiers), de pâtir de remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bains et de subir un hall pas du tout entretenu. Le "cinq étoiles" serait facile à atteindre ; pour l'heure c'est un petit trois étoiles.
