Ernüchternd

Wir haben uns diese Wohnung für einen Kurztripp nach Wien ausgesucht. Die Hauptkriterien waren gute Lage gute Bewertung und die Möglichkeit einen Außenbereich zu nutzen abends nicht nur in der Wohnung zu sein. Der Zustand des Hauses und der Wohnung sind sehr ernüchternd. Es fehlt hier ein Sauberkeit bis hin zu der Küche, die in einem sehr desolaten Zustand ist. Die Fächer sowie das Geschirr in der Küche sind nicht sauber und ich bin kein besonders pingeliger Mensch, das Bad ist in einem Zustand, was auf jeden Fall Überarbeitung bedürfte Die Terrassen die paar Bildern beworben wird ähnelt eher einer Müllhalde. Der Vermieter war zu jederzeit erreichbar, entschuldigte sich für den Zustand, aber ein Entgegenkommen war nicht zu erwarten. Es begann eine endlose Diskussion. Wann hat wer was vivo gesagt und was steht geschrieben auch das war wieder eine ernüchternd Erkenntnis. Leider.

Substandart Unterkunfd

Die Unterkunft war Substandard und sehr heruntergekommen. Man konnte sich in keinster Weise wohlfühlen. Alte, verbrauchte und teilweise kaputte Möbeleinrichtung, elektrische Leitungen offen und gefährlich, TV kompletter Ausfall (Wackelkontakt), keine Handtuchhalter etc. - siehe Bilder.
