"Solo mountain week with my puppy to disconnect from the stress of work (& life sometimes). Absolutely wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. Ate breakfast & dinner on the front porch every day because it felt so good outside- cool for a nice change given it was July! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, everything you need to cook, and right off the blue ridge parkway. Very easy to get to great hiking trails, which we did every day, and quick drive to blowing rock and Boone. Loved watching storms...
