"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. "The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke.
