"The apartment is really nice. Just missing like a vending machine, there is nothing around in case you need water or a drink. Also missing hair dryer. The beds were super comfortable and everything clean."

Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

"Terrific location, close to everything you want. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but the overall state is tired and well worn. Exceptionally quiet considering the location. While it claims to be on the first floor there are many flights of stairs (6?) to get to it. Just hope no one has left the doors to the rickety lift open on a higher floor. The apartment gave us everything we expected, it was just not as erefined as we hoped and only equiped with basic minimum amenities "
