"Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast. Wonderful view of the lake from the higher floors. The staff was lovely and the location is nice. It is close to the ferry terminal."

"Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention."
