We really appreciate excellent customer service. Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again."

"Room was clean and I really appreciated that I was allowed to check in early! It made my quick trip super convenient! The bed was very comfortable, shower was also good pressure, and location is very perfect! It is only a 15min walk to the HB and close to all the main trams."

Construction was taking place down the road. Somewhat noisy at times outside. I was shocked at how inside none of the noise could be heard. Inside the hotel I immediately felt relaxed and pleased at the atmosphere. In our room as well could not here any external noise. Surprisingly fantastic. I hated to leave, we were very comfortable in our beautiful room. Lobby warm, elegant design. "
