The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. "I would 100% recommend this B&B! My friend and I were originally meant to stay 3 nights and ended up staying for 2 weeks! We stayed in both rooms, both were really nicely kept and clean. The host was so kind and attentive - gave us water and breakfast and everything else we needed, she also recommended places to go and to eat in the area and therefore we found some really beautiful places - such as Scilla which is only a short journey. The area in Reggio is great as there is lots to do and see...

This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit . My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea .

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily.
The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me.
This was my home base while I bounced around the region chasing pasta, wine, peppers, and granita. It felt like staying at a friend’s place, not some cookie-cutter rental. If you want something peaceful, local, and convenient, this place just works. Perfect place if you just need a room to sleep, shower, and have breakfast.
I’d stay again without hesitation (and probably will). Scilla was my favorite and it was only 20 minutes away. Reggio is also just 20 minutes away."
"We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind.
Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was also great- fresh croissants, ham, salami, amazing yogurt with yummy granola. Margaret made us fresh cappuccino and espresso.
The apartment is a comfortable walking distance from the train stop.
We highly recommend this place."
