"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. We were late to check in but there was good communication with the representative who very kindly waited for us (for a fee for late check in after 8pm). "The hotel is an experience, beautiful view. However when remember booking the room with two beds, the hotel at check in, the room I booked is the king size bed. Also a bottle of wine was checked with the room booking, we found out at check out that it is not. The money is not the issue, but it is confusing/embarrasing to find out that it is not complimentary, the reception was helpful, apply $10 spa fee that we did not use and we pay 2 Euro to settled our hotel bill."
