Apartment 'Casa Amarilla Del Mar P2' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The apartment is located right next to the sandy beach on the second floor (third floor of Norway) and was completely renovated in 2016. One bedroom and one bathroom. Designed for 2-4 persons, with 3 seater sofa bed in the living room. 2 French balconies with a wonderful view of the sea and people's lives. Villajoyosa is full of life during the day, but all restaurants close at a reasonable hour, so a good night's rest is guaranteed. Above the old town is a bustling Spanish town of 35,000 inhabitants, almost completely devoid of tourism all year round - there is an incredibly pleasant atmosphere there!

The beach is only 20 meters away.

The apartment is registered and approved for rental at Turisme Comunitat Valenciana. The certification provides additional security.
