The 60 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. There is also a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from June 1st to mid-September) and an outdoor shower. The house is centrally located, close to all essential services and the bus stop for the main beaches of Villasimius. The nearest beach, "Simius," is just 2 km away. Nearby, you can rent quads and boats or go scuba diving.
