the VILLINO is located in a condominium complex of 15 residential units and appears to be a semi-detached head with a private courtyard separated from the condominium context. Renovated in 2015, it is located in the Gulf of Villasimius exactly on the Campus beach from which it is a few meters away (easily accessible on foot) and 10 meters from the sea in front of the cliff which can be reached by following a short stone staircase.
As you arrive you will find the convenient private parking for the semi-detached house and you can access the house with a few steps. On the ground floor there are a perfectly equipped kitchenette and living room, in front of the living room there is an external porch (see photo) with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue for dinners and relaxation in front of the sea. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one large double and one small with bunk beds) and 1 bathroom. From the first floor and from the master bedroom there is access to a terrace facing the sea of about 70 square meters and an external staircase leads to the roof always panoramic living of about 25 square meters. On the parking side there is an external bathroom with a hot shower convenient for returning from the sea.

Geniale Lage, Haus sehr einfach - Klima nur in einem Schlafzimmer

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar, praktisch direkt an einem Traumstrand. Terrasse mit Meerblick. Beim Haus gibt es noch Verbesserung: Es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafszimmer, im "Kinderzimmer", das praktisch nur aus einem Stockbett besteht (kein Bild im Internetauftritt), gibt es keine Klimaanlage (und auch im Wohnraum nicht). Es war jetzt im Juni schon so heiß, dass wir die Matratzen der Kinder im Hauptschlafzimmer auf den Boden gelegt haben (ging vom Platz gerade so), damit sie überhaupt schlafen konnten.

Gemütliches & Rustikales Häuschen direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen unserer schönsten Urlaube. Besonders toll war, dass man auch von der Terasse aus das Meer sieht und nir wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt ist. Selbst beim Schlafen hört man noch das Meer. Einfach Traumhaft.

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Wir hatten 10 sehr schöne Tage im Haus von Michele. Alles wie beschrieben, ein toller Platz. Näher kann man dem Meer an Land kaum sein. Der April war ziemlich kühl und das Haus ist ohne Heizung eine prima Sommerresidenz. Die Kommunikation mit Michele war perfekt, er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sardinia vacation

Beautiful beach in ca. 50m walking distance and cristal clear sea make this place perfect for beach vacation. The house is equiped with everything, what we needed. It has generous garden with 2 sunloungers and 3 deck chairs big table and stationary grill out of stone, one big and one smaller terrace. Absence of TV and WiFi was not a problem for us, as mobile internet connection was strong and stable everywhere around. Michele is great host. We would gladly come again.

Giugno periodo perfetto

Ottima esperienza da ripetere, la casa e’ in posizione ideale, a pochissima distanza dalla spiaggia attrezzata di campus. Dal giardino e da casa si sente il rumore del mare che fa da sottofondo. La posizione e’ ideale anche per la Visita alle spiagge tra Villasimius e Cagliari e di costa rei.

Ruhe und Ursprünglichkeit

Am Ende einer Bucht, ruhig und in absoluter Traumlage -10m Luftlinie vom Meer und 50 Schritte vom Sandstrand entfernt - haben wir eine traumhafte Woche in diesem kleinen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal und retro, was absolut zum Charme des Hauses passt. Es ist alles da, ausser einer Spülmachine - sofern man eine vermisst. Das Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft mit Blick aus zwei Türen direkt aus Meer ... Sonnenaufgang inklusive. Hier gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter. Ein tolles Highlight sind die zwei dachterrassen mit sensationeller Aussicht. Hier kann man den Blick bei einem Glas Wein schweifen lassen und geniessen. Ein überdachter Parkplatz vor dem Haus, eine schattige Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, zwei komfortablen Relaxliegen und einem gemauerten Holzkohlegrill komplettieren die Ausstattung. Michele hat uns sehr freundluch in Empfang genommen und alles war völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus was sehr sauber. Wir haben die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit an diesem wundervollen Ort sehr genossen und werden noch lange mit Freude daran zurückdenken.

La maison de Michele est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et très bien équipée, la plage juste à côté est très agréable (a 2 min de marche). La maison est bien placée pour visiter la région alentours. Encore merci Michele, nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Fantastische Lage direkt am Meer

Das Haus liegt unmitelbar am Meer und den Campus Strand erreicht man nach wenigen Metern. Wir haben eine Woche im September dort verbracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus verfügt über drei Terrassen mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick und verfügt über alles was man wir benötigt haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und er war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Fazit: Einmalige Umgebung und tolles, sehr sauberes Feriendomizil. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Splendida casa in riva al mare

La casa, in stile mediterraneo, è suggestiva e romantica e a 2 passi da una spiaggia con acqua cristallina e tantissimi pesci. La vista dai terrazzi e dallo scoperto è davvero unica e corrisponde pienamente alle foto e alla descrizione. Il proprietario è stato di una disponibilità e di una gentilezza uniche. Insomma: siamo stati benissimo, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!!

Una vita al mare 🔝🌊⛱️☀️⛵

Abbiamo trascorso in coppia una settimana a metà giugno semplicemente fantastica. La villetta si presenta proprio come descritto e in foto , il posto è meraviglioso ,ideale per trascorrere la vacanza in pieno relax. Il 🌊 è praticamente"dentro" casa!!! Ti svegli e ti addormenti con lo sciabordio della risacca. Un sogno davvero!🔝 Il proprietario sig. Michele è molto gentile e sempre pronto e disponibile. Lo spettacolo del panorama che si gode dal giardino riempie il ❤️ Consigliatissimo 👍 Una vita

La casa si trova in una posizione prestigiosa ed invidiabile, realmente vicina al mare. Bella, originale e particolare l'architettura, in puro stile mediterraneo. L'attrezzatura è completa e permette di trascorrere una vacanza comoda, bella e rilassante. Da sottolineare la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario. Le 5 stelle sono pienamente meritate. Casa bella, posizione panoramica meravigliosa

La casa gode di una bellissima vista panoramica, molto silenziosa, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Campus.Lo stile e l'arredamento ricordano quelli delle abitazioni greche i terrazzi sono molto grandi la struttura e curata. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.
