About this property

Sicicas, 300 meters from the sea, a 5-minute walk away

  • Sicicas, the ideal home to unwind and truly relax. The beautiful Campulongu beach, with its crystal-clear sea (Marine Park), is just a few hundred metres away. Open on three sides and surrounded by a garden, it features private parking for one car and a convenient outdoor shower with hot water (completely energy-efficient) thanks to a water tank located on the terrace. The interior spaces are all on one level and accessible via a few steps or a convenient ramp. There are three bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a small outdoor bathroom on the patio. The spacious patio is ideal for lunch, dinner, and relaxing and chatting—perhaps after grilling something on the barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and is equipped with a dishwasher.

tutto perfetto

Grazie Sabrina
