  • The apartment, fully furnished, with all the comforts, further renovated in 2013, is located in the center of Villasimius a few steps from the pedestrian promenade where there are shops, stalls, restaurants, pizzerias, bank, pharmacy, tourist offices, rental of inflatable boats, cars, bicycles and scooters ..
    The apartment is located in a new building consisting of four apartments with private parking.
    The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms: one double, one with 2 beds and a bathroom with all facilities with shower. In the living room there is also a sofa bed. The wifi line is available free for guests.
    The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, TV, DVD, hifi.
    Outside a small covered veranda will allow you to eat outside in the hot summer of this beautiful seaside resort renowned not only in Italy. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out at 10am.

Très beau séjour

Très belle appartement. Conforme à l'annonce. Le plus c'est que une fois la voiture rentrée dans la cour, vous pouvez sortir à pied dans la rue principale (15m) où il y a tout les restaurants et l'animation du soir. Le seul petit problème c'est que les touristes sont bruyant au moment de rentré chez eux le soir mais bon c'est les vacances. Nous y retournerons volontier si l'occasion se présente.

Tutto perfetto

Immobile sito proprio al centro di Villasimius con parcheggio privato . La casa è grande arieggiata molto comoda . E ‘presente lavatrice lavastoviglie forno a microonde macchinetta del caffè con cialde . Ha un bel terrazzino e l’impianto di condizionamento . Ci ritornerei molto volentieri . Grazie anche a Sergio

Netter Vermieter, Sehr laute Straße

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich mitten im Zentrum. Der Vermieter war nett. Leider ist das Schlafzimmer zu der kleinen Straße gelegen, in dieser ist der Verkehr höllisch laut und man konnte das Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet lassen ohne daurend wach zu werden. Die ganzen Straßenkünstler in der Nähe sorgen dafür das es auch auf dem Balkon Abends extrem laut ist, in der Hauptsaison spielen diese von 21.00 bis ca. 01.00. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund der Lautstärke früher beendet.

Ottima esperienza

La casa è completa di tutto, confortevole e in centro. Un piccolo appunto ci batte il sole tutto il giorno quindi nel salone c'è molto caldo, sarebbe indispensabile avere l'aria condizionata che c'è solo nel lato notte. Per il resto la casa è perfetta. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

best week since corona

Wir sind nachts um halb eins gelandet und Sergio hat sich um unseren Transfer gekümmert, sodass wir uns um nichts sorgen mussten und direkt nach Villasimius gebracht wurden. Als wir nach circa einer Stunde angekommen sind, hat uns Sergio (weit entfernt von der Check-in Stunde) herzlilch empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Sogar Sonnenschirme, die uns gerettet haben :) . Am meisten haben wir die Terasse genossen. Als eines Abends (gegen halb neun) das Gas leer war, hat sich Sergio um einen Fachmann gekümmert, der innerhalb weniger Minuten vor der Tür stand und uns das neue Gas anschloss. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, jedoch in einer Seitenstraße, sodass man auch nachts gut schlafen konnte. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Strand sind wir immer ungefähr 20 Minuten gelaufen, was aber für uns kein Problem darstellte (es gab auch das Angebot eines Busses, der zum Strand fährt). Der Strand war traumhaft schön wie auf den Bildern! Es war eine sehr schöne Woche und wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt (klein bis groß) - wir können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens von Herzen empfehlen. Vor allem aber auch, weil Sergio ein fantastico Gastgeber ist! Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir in Zukunft genau das Gleiche buchen werden.

Fabulous Location

Evertything was wonderful. The downtown location of the apartment is very marvellous- especially for us, a family with to kids. The place is clean and tidy. Although we arrived delate, Sergio patiently waited for us, showed us the place and was very friendly. At the beginning we had a little trouble entering the narrow gateway, but we soon got used to it☺️. We would recomment renting a car because there are so many beautiful places around Villasimius. Thank you! We will definitly return to Villasimius and your place.

Piacevole soggiorno

Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario ,ubicato a pochi metri dal centro dove la sera si possono effettuare delle belle passeggiate fra i negozi e i vari intrattenimenti offerti nel paese. Mare molto bello a pochi minuti in auto Proprietario gentile e disponobile.

Casa Vacanze Top

L'immobile è dotato di ogni comfort , ideale per trascorrere le vacanze in Sardegna . Ottima posizione sia per andare nelle meravigliose spiagge di Villasimius che per i ristoranti e pizzerie . La casa dispone del parcheggio interno . Il proprietario è estremamente cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione richiesta. Lo consiglio e lo promuovo a pieni voti .

Ottima !!!!!!!!

Siamo stati veramente bene. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, wifi ecc. C'è una splendida veranda che consente di mangiare all'aperto, ma soprattutto la posizione è eccezionale. Si trova al centro, a 20 metri dalla via pedonale in una stradina silenziosa. Quando tornavamo dal mare, una volta parcheggiata la macchina nel parcheggio interno, non la prendevamo più fino al giorno dopo: infatti tutto è a poche decine di metri (ristoranti, pizzeria, negozi, shopping vari ecc). Sergio poi è sempre disponibile a risolvere ogni problema e ci ha dato varie dritte!! Grazie ancora. Quindi ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Fünf Sterne !

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Einfach TOP :)! Sie war sauber, hat alles nötige und keine unnötigen Deko-Staubfänger. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die schönsten Strände ganz in der Nähe, abends die Flaniermeile gleich um die Ecke (wortwörtlich). Der Vermieter Sergio ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und macht sich sogar Sorgen, wenn das Wetter mal nicht ausreichend Sonne bietet ;)! Sergio, it was a pity not to see you again the last day. Grazie per l'ospitalità :-)! We'll come back :-)!

Appartamento molto carino, non manca niente (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie...) vivibile sia internamente che nel balcone perfetto per le cene serali. parcheggio interno (fondamentale!!). Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci torneremo!!

Villasimius è bellissima, la casa pure!! gli spazi consentono di vivere benissimo ogni momento. Nella casa c'è tutto dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie dall'aria condizionata alla macchina per il caffè. La posizione poi è il suo punto di forza: a 30m dalla via principale dove ci sono tutti i servizi (negozi, ristoranti, banca, locali ecc) cosicchè la macchina nn la prendi più!! Discreti e disponibilissimi i proprietari. siamo stai benissimo e speriamo di tornare quanto prima!!

Vacanza spettacolare e ottima location

Casa molto carina, tutti i comfort ( aria condizionata, tv led, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, parcheggio interno, microonde ecc); la posizione é formidabile in quanto a 50 metri dalla via pedonale: si é al centro del paese ma al tempo stesso al riparo dai rumori. Proprietari accoglienti e disponibili. Ci torneremo!!!

un soggiorno davvero memorabile!

2 sono sicuramente i punti forti di questo alloggio : la zona living (cucina-soggiorno) e il parcheggio privato nel cortile chiuso dal portone. La prima è fantastica : davvero spaziosa, ben illuminata senza mai essere troppo "scaldata" dal sole e dotata di tutti i comfort come descritto, anzi meglio, visto che a noi è stata presentata con una tv lcd dotata di presa usb (comoda per i film del pargolo) e una lavastoviglie, entrambe appena comprate, oltre a microonde, stereo, etc.etc. Il parcheggio è indispensabile e comodissimo, visto che si è davvero a 2 passi dalla via del passeggio serale, in una zona transennata alla sera. Il terrazzino è sfruttabilissimo: si può tranquillamente pranzare fuori perchè a mezzogiorno rimane in ombra (a disposizione c'è un bel tavolo con sedie in plastica). Unico neo: l'estrema vicinanza al centro porta ad un pò di rumorosità serale,ma si può supplire chiudendo le finestre delle camere e accendendo per un pò il condizionatore, tanto dopo la mezzanotte di solito torna la calma ... La spiaggia di Simius non è vicinissima ( io non c'andrei a piedi...), e poi ci sono talmente tante spiagge favolose verso la costa Rey e/o Cagliari che sarebbe davvero un peccato fermarsi lì. Quindi la macchina è indispensabile...anche per fare la spesa nei due supermercati del paese (Conad e Sigma). Ultima cosa, ma sicuramente non ultima per importanza: la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari, sia in fase di prenotazione che durante il soggiorno, merita sicuramente le 5 stelle (grazie di tutto!). In sintesi : rapporto "prezzo -qualità" eccellente!
