"Giovanni ist der gute Geist des Hotels, und er war immer sehr freundlich zu uns. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder zum Leihen waren leider unnutzbar, wenn man mehr als 2 km fahren möchte und man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen für die Geräusche der Straße. Sonst TOP"

"The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."

"The most wonderful feature of this hotel is its unbeatable location—right on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda. The main hotel building is full of charm, elegance, and character. Since we needed a larger family room, we stayed in a separate building. While our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, I would definitely recommend requesting a room in the main property if possible, as that's where the true atmosphere and beauty of the hotel really shine. "room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

Schöne saubere Zimmer ,täglich gereinigt und sehr sauber . Die Poolaanlage ein Traum ,sehr ruhig gelegen und von Tourismus nicht überrollt . Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder . Dankeschön"
