Old half-timbered house renovated with exposed beams and stones, quietly located in lush greenery near the forest of Perseigne. Enclosed wooded park of 2000 m² with terrace. Living room / stay (convertible) with opened done up kitchen, 2 ch. (1: 1 140x190 bed and private bathroom, 2: 2 90x190 beds and private bathroom), separate WC. Equip. extra: flat screen, cot. Not included: electric heating, electricity to be paid directly to the owners, wood, sheets, bathroom/house linen. All shops at 3 km. Museum of lace and cycling nearby.
