"I had an almost great experience. I could not figure out how to turn the shower off before bed and there was no way to reach anyone at this hotel. The alternative would have been for me to get dressed again then head back downstairs to the front desk just to ask for instructions. I think if this could be resolved this would have been a very convenient 10/10 stay. I will never go back to Paris but I would recommend this hotel."

"The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. Indoor pool was busy and also had a hot tub. The rooms seemed outdated - the carpet, design and bathrooms were older and didn’t match the modern design in the lobby. Hopefully they’re in the process of modernizing and redecorating the rooms too! The breakfast included in our stay was hands down the best hotel breakfast that I’ve ever had. Shuttles to and from Disney were frequent, although often packed. Uber’s to Disney and the train station were cheap and easy from the hotel. The hotel bar and sitting area was very nice and staff were pleasant and helpful."

"All really good. The children loved the pool area and all the slides. The gardens were great too as was the indoor play area/farm. Only downsides were there there weren’t many places to eat in the evenings (long queues for the only real option that was open) and we only had 2 bowls in the room (for 4 of us) for the whole stay, despite asking for more. Still, overall we were happy."
