"Mooi huis aan rand van groot meer. Ruime living, keuken OK - er is geen vaatwas en uitrusting kan wat beter (beperkt aantal pannen, ontbreken van dessertschaaltjes, geen eierdopjes) Drie grote ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Badkamer Ok.Op elke kamer is verwarming en ventilator aanwezig. Eigen parkeerplaats. We arriveerden zeer laat (22:30) maar dit was geen probleem. Zeer veel uitleg gekregen over huis en recreatie-mogelijkheden in de buurt. Goede wifi. Ik raad dit huis zeker aan. Tip voor wie met kinderen dit eiland bezoekt: het gemeentelijk zwembad van Lagoa. Dit goedkope (2,50 pp) zwembad heeft zowel gewone zwembaden als mogelijkheden om in zee te zwemmen/spelen Er is toezicht en sanitaire voorzieningen (douches, wc, kleedhokjes) zijn prima."

"We had a lovely weeks holiday , the apartment was clean, great view,We meet Sérgio at his house and he took us up the road to the apartment, he had provided basic foods for us and even gave us a run down of the best places to see and best restaurants on the island which was very useful,Everything was perfect, we would strongly recommend this location and accommodation"

"The pool is even more beautiful than the photos! Breakfast was abundant and more than enough. Secluded spot in the town and close to the gas station and supermarket. Had a lovely stay!"

"Fantastic unique opportunity to stay in a historic windmill - the property is fairly large and the interior is very well built! Like the rest of the Azores, it could feel damp and humid at times, but there are air conditioning units throughout and the windows made it feel airy at times! The property is also relatively quiet with the exception of some birds that live on the property, but they didn’t bother us at all! Overall we would recommend!"

"Very clean and updated interior. The backyard is like an oasis, very nicely landscaped, private, and quiet. This is pretty centrally located on one of the main streets in Sete Cidades, but it was not too loud or busy. Easy walk to the park, lakes, restaurants, mercado, or the church of São Nicolau. If we were to stay in Sete Cidades again, I would opt for this location again."
