Arrive at St Andrews into the entrance hall. With its upside down layout, discover the two bedrooms and family bathroom on the ground floor. Bedroom one offers a sumptuous king size bed, adorned with soft linens, a large built in wardrobe and is complete with calming dusky pinks. It also has the added opulence of an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two houses twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom is just the spot to freshen up after the day's adventures, beautifully presented with a bath with rainfall shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Head upstairs and fall in love with the open plan living space, making spending quality time as a family a breeze. The stunning kitchen provides plenty of space to rustle up delicious meals, with an electric oven and hob, air fryer, Nespresso coffee, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the holiday essentials. Enjoy leisurely dining at the breakfast bar or around the dining table, followed by a family games night! After a brisk coastal walk, pop on the electric fire and snuggle up on the comfy sofa. There's a Smart Television to enjoy watching your favourite shows and a selection of books and games, should you be kept inside by the weather. This semi-detached cottage also has an enclosed garden, shared with the property next door. Here, you have your own seating area and charcoal barbecue, perfect for summer feasts. There is a large garage at the side of the property where you are welcome to store sports equipment such as golf clubs, bikes, surfboards etc. There is also a tap for washing off wetsuits.
Being situated in the heart of Roserrow Estate, you are just a short stroll from the The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club boasting a restaurant and bar, tennis and paddle court, 18 hole golf course and health club offering a gym, spinning room, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Polzeath beach is just a 15-minute walk along public footpaths.
