"Quick check in, clean room, used the pool for a quick dip. Good price for the night that I stayed but the price on other nights was prohibitive "

"The hotel is in a nice location but the conditions and services would need to tmprove. There should be air-conditioning and there should be a refrigerator in the room. Dining wise, they could improve efficiency by getting guests to get their own utensils and bringing used plates back to central location which is the practice in many hotels in their restaurants. Breakfast time should be consistent everyday and not change on weekends which cause confusion. Many restaurants provide coffee especially when they are open late for breakfast. "

"Stayed here for one night and had a lovely stay! Really spacious room and really quiet despite being right next to the lifts. Great breakfast with lots of choice."

"The room was nice, but it could do with a bit of renovation. The bar and restaurant were very nice, and the staff were excellent."

"Clean hotel but a bit dated in decor. Corridors are sometimes confusing within the newer blocks added. Bathrooms clean, food excellent. Breakfast buffet well worth the £12 fee. NO air conditioning and rooms exposed to the sunny side are very warm. Fans provided but inadequate to cool the room. Would still visit again."

"It is good hotel but a little far from London. Little challenging to navigate the buses and trains to get to London. But the hotel itself was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Except the distance from London, I would recommend it!"
