"The front desk staff was so attentive and was accommodating when we needed to switch from a studio to a 1 bedroom. The 1 bedroom layouts are nice and spacious which is very convenient if you have a baby. The breakfast was good and had a ton of options, which you don’t normally see. Would stay here again!"

"We like to stay at "mom & pop" places when we can and Rabbit Ears did not disappoint. Smallish room was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Continental breakfast was very simple; good coffee in the room. Loved that the refrigerator had a small freezer. It was quiet, but we were there off-season so there were not many guests. Would definitely stay again."

"I recently stayed 6 nights at Nicky's and I loved my stay. It was affordable and very clean. The setting is serene and you need only step out of the parking lot and take a beautiful stroll along the river. My room was maintained with care and the check in was seamless. The electronic communications were clear and concise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I plan on returning and recommending. It is less than 3 miles from the RMNP Fall River entrance and about the same to downtown Estes . Perfectly located. "
