Air Venice on the Beach

10/10 Excellent

"The location is definitely what you're paying for. The hotel is older and authentic so if you are looking for luxury, this isn't the hotel for you. That being said, the staff and location were phenomenal. You can leave the front door of the property and walk to beach in literally 30 seconds. The view was amazing. If you want parking close by be prepared to pay extra, but all in all it was a great location to stay and my partner and I had great time. Would definitely return again!!"

"Loved the view of the boats in the marina and the waterway. Also loved the service and food at the in-house restaurant. Everything was delish especially the lamb lollipops!!! The service was attentive and friendly. Overall, it was easy and fun staying at the Marina del Ray hotel and will definitely stay there next time we are in the area."

"Like it was a small hotel. It was a very low key comfortable environment. They did have a problem with the elevator. There are notices posted which let you know it is very,very, slow going down it is moving and you are not trapped. They are working on it.if you saw someone confused standing at the elevator you just let them know what was going on.it opened up alot of conversations between guest. We found it to be a problem that was laughed about."

"Great location and the rooftop bar is great. Rooms are fine sized, not huge not small - fine for what we needed. I'd say the biggest negative was just the quality of the service - check in staff weren't very helpful, almost like we were imposing on them to stay there and check in. Service on the rooftop was equally poor - felt like they had never worked in hospitality before - again, we had to actually work to order food, get service. It feels like the location let's them really drop the ball on quality. I'd stay somewhere else and maybe book for a reservation at the roof top, but I wouldn't stay again"
