"10/10 recommend staying here! We right away got greeted by the parking staff, took all our bags down into our room while we parked! Check is was not until 4pm but let us check in at 2pm! Pet friendly! We definitely had an amazing experience here staff was very attentive and clean!"
"A Perfect Venice Beach Stay!
I had an incredible stay at Air Venice on the Beach! The location truly can’t be beat—right on the beach and perfect for rollerskating along the iconic boardwalk. It’s also directly across the street from VBC, my favorite restaurant and bar in the area. Total win.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and a special shoutout to James at the concierge—he went above and beyond to make sure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. His kindness honestly made me want to come back just for the experience alone!
As for the area, it’s exactly what you’d expect from Venice Beach—colorful, eclectic, and a little gritty in the best way. If you’re looking for something overly polished or pretentious, this might not be your scene. But if you’re here for good vibes, great people-watching, and a true Venice experience, this is the spot.

"The outside of this location definitely seems a bit scary at first but the rooms are fantastic and perfect for a family. My family of 5 stayed here several nights and the location is convenient and the room was great! Def recommend."
"Our two night stay at the Sea Shore Motel was perfect for our family of five. Our room had a bedroom, a pullout couch and a full kitchen and was very clean. The property is in within walking distance to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier as well as many restaurants and shops. "
"We really appreciated the fact that an original building was saved and transformed into a quaint and affordable hotel.
The decoration was interesting and the rooms adequate.
Even with showers/bathrooms in the corridor, we never had an issue even when the property was sold out.
We realize that extensive maintenance and renovation was necessary to bring the rooms up to par. However, one of the only issue we noticed concerns the showers stalls. Tiling will definitely need to be restored before water seeps more into the walls and leaves purple streaks all over them. Also, it would be nice if the cleaning ladies didn't start making noise so early in the morning... :)
