"The view is a million dollars sight….the property is right on the board walk. Staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean & nice. However, the beach is full of homeless people. It’s sad …….. The drums playing is loud and right outside of the hotel……."

"Property was neat and tidy. The location is the best! Plenty of restaurants in the area. Tim at the desk was helpful and friendly. WiFi was excellent. The chain in the toilet bowl was broke and I had to open the lid and flush by hand. After working on the computer I decided to watch tv and the “ok” button that starts the tv on remote didn’t work. So I thought I’d call the front desk, but there is no phone in the room. I started to look up the hotel number and call on my cell, but by now, it’s midnight and I didn’t want to be bothered. Lastly, I recently had hernia surgery (not your fault), but the walk to the suggested parking on Navy Street was a bit much. Parking is really inconvenient. Not your fault either. I called a Lyft. I have business in Santa Monica six times yearly and usually stay at the Hilton/Doubletree on 4th and thought I’d try something different this time. Air Venice is nice, but inconvenient."

"A decent to large size space that was clean, safe, quiet, directly on the beach and venice boardwalk. Everything necessary is within walking distance. There is shared coin laundry, a shared lovely roof deck, and my room had a kitchen included in room, and all bath shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available. I didn't have a car but they even have a parking lot - a rather rare amenity on the beach."

"Wonderful rooms that are clean! Staff and housekeeping takes good care of you during your stay. The amenities are worth it! When I had some downtime, i laid back on the hammock and relaxed. Parking is $38/night but it is so worth it. I felt safe that my car was tucked in the garage. The drive to Santa Monica is about 20 minutes away. My sisters and I stayed here for the BTS concert at Sofi stadium, which was also a 20 min drive. To get to LAX, it’s only 10 minutes! I’d stay at this location again."

"Perfect location, very clean, close to the beach and many many restaurants, easy parking, area was safe and clean. Just next to property is bakery and they start baking around 3 am… But for me 9/10 stay."
