"It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay . "Terrible experience. The mattress provided by the hotel staff was infested with roaches, which was absolutely unacceptable. The elevator button for the 8th floor was not functioning, forcing us to go to the 9th floor and carry our heavy luggage down the staircase every single time. Despite our struggles, no staff member offered any assistance. Additionally, there were no bathmats in the washroom, and when we asked, the staff suggested using towels as a substitute, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
