I had a lovely room on the top floor. This meant a lot of walking up stairs, but the room was worth it. Clean, tidy, and well-decorated, the room was very cosy. Noise insulation was fine, there was a safe in the room, and the ensuite was stylish and modern.

The hotel is very well located and within walking distance to many sites.
The buffet breakfast that was included in the price of the room was excellent with plenty of choice for a great start to the day.

Lovely room.
But rest of the hotel such a let down
As a solo traveller, really disappointed as no room service, just a small coffee shop/cafe/bar, breakfast whilst a good choice, just a glorified buffet, nothing freshly cooked .
Good gym
Poor substitute to equivalent Park Plaza, Hilton’s - these offered way better facilities and value for money

"Lovely hotel in a refurbished all pub. Room had everything needed and was clean, and the bed was really comfy. Staff were very polite and helpful. We also had dinner on arrival and breakfast the next morning and both meals were really tasty and freshly made."
