Journeying through breath-taking countryside with views to the sea beyond, board the Swanage Heritage Railway to Corfe Castle, 18.5 miles away, to enjoy cliff-top trails along the South West Coast Path and the gloriously golden sands of Swanage Beach (18 miles).

Follow the warmth of the roaring wood burner back up to the light-filled lounge, which boasts comfy seating and a Smart TV, or retreat to the dining room opposite to plan tomorrow’s adventure, challenge the rest of the party to a board game or relax with a good book, equipped with a generous dining table and feature fireplace. The four bedrooms upstairs, comprising one king-size with a sleek and stylish contemporary ensuite shower room with WC, accessed down a set of two steps.
