7.8/10 Good! (1,012 reviews)
The room was clean but in need of modernising though looked like it had had a lick of paint. We found silverfish bugs in the beds but managed to put them down the sink, though they reappeared. Clean bedding and towels were provided with tea/coffee and a TV. Good central location with Birmingham New Street a short walk away. They provide breakfast but we opted to eat out. It cost around £350 for two nights which I thought was quite a lot for the quality of the room but the location was very central.

8/10 Very good! (43 reviews)
We had a great stay, comfy and spacious, great communication from the host too. Check in was simple and easy. Plus there were extra fans in the rooms which was fab during these baking hot nights.
Definetly recommended.

8/10 Very good! (1,002 reviews)
"The location of the hotel was spot on for what we needed. The room wasn’t particularly clean and there was lots of marks on the walls and furniture. Could see the mattress - no sheet over it. Bathroom had mould on shower taps. Not enough towels or toilet roll provided for two night stay. Car park ..."
