Wi fi was not given on arrival Phone contact to reception was not clear on the room phone When we dialled zero no one answered despite several attempts But A comfortable bed and sheets and handy phone charging Reception helpful

Kitchen clean and well equipped, good condition, modern. Parking was simple to access and secure. Had to call as problem with key box lock code, but was assisted promptly and politely by Louise. 5*

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and had an amazing view. We were right in the centre of everything for the Bristol Great Run. We would definitely recommend this property.

Staff were fab and friendly Hotel was lovely Room was lovely, however... The beds are so hard, its like sleeping in a slab of concrete and the air con was a massive noise box on the floor. Breakfast was delicious and the free flowing nutella was lovely.
