I arrived at the hotel to be told that my room in that hotel was no longer available and they had moved me next door. The next door hotel was a downgrade from the original and the furniture and fittings in the room were very tatty with stains on the sofas, toilet although clean was very tatty

was really pleased with our choice of hotel. clean, nice decor, and easy transport routes. my one negative is the £20 deposit you have to leave...in the event of damages or something though im not sure what thu

unfortunately, i was assigned to a room in the basement. the air did not smell good for me never lived in a basement before. At around 12:30 am in the morning while we all were sleeping, the fire alarm suddenly was on for almost one minute and went out of the room and the guy from the adjacent room also came out and wondering what was going on. I did not get an explanation for the early wake up call at all.
