If you come to this area of the state for rest, relaxation, and to luxuriate in amenities at the home, this is a great place with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, along with special touches in each room. Communication with Gabe was prompt, and helpful in details like: "where would we find ___?" or "Is there a place we would be able to ___?" "

"This was an amazing property in the middle of the beach and cute shops and restaurants. I will definitely rent again!"

"We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The boys were excited to see the game room, and enjoyed playing with the beach toys from the shed. The only problem we had was the downstairs shower was not working. Bath did work, so we used that downstairs, and upstairs for a shower. No problem. The boys are asking if we can come back again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Rosie’s cottage! The house was perfect for our group of 10 plus our two dogs. Great front porch and outdoor area by the pool. Two kitchen areas/fridges was key for a group like ours. This home is stocked with anything you need including soap, bath necessities, kitchen soap, spices, foil… all the things you wonder if you need to bring with you, they had it! Niles, the property owner, was extremely responsive and stayed in touch regularly. The only comment/suggestion we had is that we wished there was another TV in the house since we had two younger kids that needed down time and the older kids were staying in the basement. Also would be nice to have another TV location for the sports fans in our group. Not a big deal at all though! We didn’t venture out much… spent most of our time at the pool or beach. A lot of area businesses seemed to be closed Mon- Wed. Sideyard was a cool little spot we watched live music on the patio one night and got carry out from Greenbush brewery across the street. Our kids loved Captain Mikes lol. Also visiting the nearby fruit market a few times which was great to have close! Overall, Rosie’s cottage was wonderful. "
