"Friendly staff, nice building and grounds. Room was decent but bedside lights did not work and bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the valve to use the shower head would not stay put on its own so I had to have a shower whilst holding the valve. "

"Left a message cancelling my room on the afternoon of my booking. I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone as they also didn't to Hotels.com. Had to book another hotel at very late notice which was more expensive. "

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "
