A hidden gem. Staff make the difference with their welcoming arrival and food was lovingly prepared catering for vegetarian and pescatarian. The room was super cosy clean and catered for all essentials a cup of tea or coffee is much needed. Everything was lovely thank you to all the staff every one of you are an asset to the hotel and pub. We will visit again.

Chose the hotel as close proxity to workplace. I'm a bit picky when it comes to room standards and this hotel met them, pleasant to the eye, bathroom clean and modern. Amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. Tea, coffee section was well stocked and premium quality I did choose this hotel based on the promise of great meal in the restaurant but this was closed for refurb, so hotel.com need to modify this photo set at this time Breakfast was selected the night before and delivered to the room, but was limited to non cooked items, but was good enough for me Staff were very helpful and despite my mini moan about the restaurant i will stop there again due to the room standard and if the refurb matches this, this will be a cracker of a hotel that I'd happily recommend to friends and family

The room was lovely, clean with good amenities. Fresh milk was available from the lobby if you wanted. The breakfast was freshly cooked with a good choice on the menu. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. Great little place!

Fabulous place to stay!

Such a lovely place to stay & feel we’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem that was located in lovely surroundings and very easy to find. Just perfect! The rooms were well kept, contemporary & smelt divine, with all amenities & really nice to have fresh milk too! Also loved that you could replenish things yourself if you needed. Beds super comfy too! We are on both nights & food was of a good standard. The staff, in particular on Saturday evening were so friendly, making the customer service stand out. Good choice of breakfast & speedy service. I would highly recommend a stay if in the area - they really go that extra mile to ensure you have a great experience.
