"Tub was a little rusted... but still was a good bathroom"

"The staff was kind, and cheery, and wonderful. Everything else was not good. The staff are the only thing that kept me from switching hotels, that and my time constraint due to work schedule."

"There were rips in the couch, stains in the bathtub and bathroom. The room was super smelly and it just wasn’t great. We couldn’t stay. The staff member at the desk was super helpful and understanding. Ultimately was able to get a full refund for my room. The room definitely needs updating and better cleaning."

"They didn't change the bed sheets and pillowcases. I had to use the same ones every night. They didn't cleaned every day too. I saw a bunch of cobwebs and bugs flying everywhere. When asked for the room and restrooms to be cleaned. They responded they don't clean and sanitized nothing. I felt very uncomfortable about them not clean the place, it is very unhygienic."

"The property was so old. They charged my Mastercard for a 50 dollar deposit as well Cockroach in bathtub. Outside of fridge so dirty with rust.No extra roll of toilet paper for bathroom Bathroom door is separating-a terrible stay for the money. I don’t recommend this place at all"

"The property overall was amazing, the shower had really good hot water, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The only dislike was the side entrance closes to the pool being open and unlocked most of the night."

"The room was very clean. Staff was helpful and brought more towels when requested. The pool area was very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. We were able to get a late check out and left our bags on property after check out and got a shuttle to airport. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good."

"The pool area was awesome, as was beach access. The pool bar staff SUPER great and lots of fun during the Angel flights. The room and view couldn't have been more beautiful and very roomy. I will be BACK!"

"I had a great 3 night stay. I love that all the rooms have a beach view balcony and direct access to the beach. The beach was clean, calm and quiet, very relaxing. The room was clean, and I loved that we could adjust the a/c to our liking in the room. The mini fridge came in handy for our own personal snacks; I liked that it wasn’t filled with all the unnecessary snacks and drinks for sale a lot of hotels have. The breakfast was great each morning, and I loved that the coffee machine was...

"The housekeeper can't speak english in the breakfast is just fake tasting"

"Our stay here was okay just got there way to early at 8am our check in was not till 4pm so we had to sit there for awhile until our room was ready. The bathroom had some hairs in the sink and shower. Our last day there the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which ended up being a false alarm really inconvenient becuase we had to check out by 11am. The access to the beach was great and the swimming pool the kids loved it."
