"Tub was a little rusted... but still was a good bathroom"

"They didn't change the bed sheets and pillowcases. I had to use the same ones every night. They didn't cleaned every day too. I saw a bunch of cobwebs and bugs flying everywhere. When asked for the room and restrooms to be cleaned. They responded they don't clean and sanitized nothing. I felt very uncomfortable about them not clean the place, it is very unhygienic."

"The property was so old. They charged my Mastercard for a 50 dollar deposit as well Cockroach in bathtub. Outside of fridge so dirty with rust.No extra roll of toilet paper for bathroom Bathroom door is separating-a terrible stay for the money. I don’t recommend this place at all"

"There were rips in the couch, stains in the bathtub and bathroom. The room was super smelly and it just wasn’t great. We couldn’t stay. The staff member at the desk was super helpful and understanding. Ultimately was able to get a full refund for my room. The room definitely needs updating and better cleaning."

"The property overall was amazing, the shower had really good hot water, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The only dislike was the side entrance closes to the pool being open and unlocked most of the night."

"About a 30 min from the beach. No microwaves in the room and they charge you a refundable 100 for damage fees. You get it 4-6 business days after checking out"

"For price and location, I thought it was great. The room was clean, the A/C was cold. There was free bottled water, which was very nice after unloading the car in that heat. The pool was clean as well as the pool deck. It was located conveniently close to almost everything. I will be staying here for all my future trips to Pensacola (which is often)"

"The room was very clean. Staff was helpful and brought more towels when requested. The pool area was very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. We were able to get a late check out and left our bags on property after check out and got a shuttle to airport. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good."

"It was easy check in however, my rooms shower had a dispenser that wasn’t attached to the wall. I emailed the manager to let her know GM Pipes and her response was not as I expected. I wasn’t happy with the basic response. I’ll attach the picture. I expected more like, “I’m sorry that you didn’t get the full room experience as our other travelers. I’ll comp a night or upon your next stay, I’ll ensure a night is discounted.”"

"Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and helpful and kind. The breakfast alone is worth the price of the room; it helped us get a start on the day. Parking was plentiful and the location of the hotel is very convenient to the surrounding area: beach, naval air station, restaurants, major highways to the city and beyond and other tourist attractions. Will definitely stay there again."
