Lovely view and apt - access was difficult
This apartment is well located in Old Town, within walking distance to a great many attractions - New Town, Barbican and the Royal Route. It is outfitted well, has a great view, and is really well located for access to Old Town, which is a fairly touristic area. The problems are lack of transportation to the building address and the 60 steps up to the apartment from the ground floor of the building. Important: my experience was that Uber drivers did not drop off or pick up at the address. It's unknown whether taxi drivers can do so. The street the apartment is located is a bit difficult to find, and requires a significant hike up to Old Town from the street. It was a trek up to the address and then a further hike up the 60 stairs. This is probably not a good location if a traveler has heavy luggage. One of the wheels on my suitcase was ripped off and lost on my trek back down to the street on my departure.

don't believe the hype
the smell in the building is HORRIBLE. gets in the room yoo if u open the window. its from the restaurant... made me sick every time i went in and out. oh and theres no 'river view' , tree or no tree. i stayed at the 'design apartment' on Rynek Starego Miasta 26. owner not very communicative on whatsup ( one time didn't answer at all). the only thing going for that place is the location inside the old town. if it wasnt for that, i would ask for my money back

Spacious stay in old town.
Everything was good. The place was as described a nice big place. The only issue was that the front door was locked and while we got a code to use, it wasn’t linked to the front door in any way. When calling the number given, we were first told to push the door hard to get it open and then to ask the restaurant to either open the door. They did but it happened repeatedly as we were coming in an out and coming back late and ultimately we had to really push the door to open it which disturbed the other people living in the same block. Disappointing. Please fix it for the future as the place is nice otherwise and the location is perfect.

One of the best places in the city. Right in the heart of old town. The apt was clean, everything accessible. Beautiful bathroom, big living room, nice kitchen. The only thing, we would have liked to have was couple of bottles of water when we arrived. But fortunately the grocery was next door. Absolutely recommend this place. Then you for a great experience.

This is a great property. Everything was clean and pretty new. The beds were comfortable and great views from all the windows. The location is unmatched. It is close to all the fun, but the block away made it a quiet retreat. Our flight time was canceled, and they rebooked us on an earlier flight which got us to Warsaw at 6:00 am. We were concerned about what we were going to do with all our luggage for the morning. We contacted the host, and they had no other bookings the night before and let us move in right away. Great place, a great host, book this place. You will not be disappointed. The place is better than the pictures.

Our stay at Ego Apartments was perfect. The apartment was clean, had a great location and the management had great communication and accommodated our late check out graciously. Highly recommended.

It's ok for a night or two
Excellent location, clean, ok standard. Not a fan of it being on top of a restaurant, there is ongoing smell of cooking in the building and in the appartment (although less so in the appartment). Also, unpleasant smell from the pipes in the toilet. Finally, the idea of having a shower gel on the bathroom floor is puzzling when you book a modern appartment. No place to put your soap or to hang towels, not well-thought. It's ok, not great.

No better place to stay
Absolutely charming place, best location in all of Warsaw, close to restaurants old town and castle, tour bus stop, meteor, taxi rank.close to everything but in a quiet peaceful square. Apartment we stayed in was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Management were helpful and communicative. Highly recommend and will certainly use for future trips. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fabulous location.
Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location, 2 mins walk from the Royal Palace and 1 min from the old town square. Stayed for 5 nights and was extremely enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Good Central Hideaway
Apartment is lovely, spacious and extremely quiet even though it's just a 3 minute walk to the main square. Very comfortable beds with warm duvets. Loved the little balcony. Only negatives is that under the beds hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and that I had to chase the rental company for the access code -but this was then sent immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of Old Town. We could walk out the front door and right in to great restaurants. Loved the apartment although it could use a bit of maintenance. Missing wall trim and TV did not work as advertised. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it

A fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was spotless and really modern design. We had a little problem opening the doors but this was quickly resolved even late at might. A great first time experience in Warsaw, i will be back

Spacious clean and great views
This 2 bedroom apartment is clean and spacious. It has a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a reasonably sized fridge. Since it's a corner apartment, the views in 3 directions are gorgeous day and night. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it's worth the effort for the view

Avoid during a heat wave
The apartment was very spacious with a large bed, a small but sufficient kitchen area, and a table with 2 chairs. The bathroom was spacious but lacked counter space to keep my toiletries, there was no place to hang my clothes, and the shower lacked anyplace to put the soap and shampoo other than the floor. But the biggest problem which made my stay quite uncomfortable is the lack of air conditioning. When I was there the temperature was 96 degrees F / 36 degrees C outside, and pretty much the same inside. Despite the fan it was extremely uncomfortable.

Stayed here with my family of 4. It was perfect! We could all spread out. View of the river and fully stocked kitchen. Location was great and quiet in the evening. Very secure. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good Location but need upgrade (bathroom)
Pro: Location, Value Con: Internet (you get only 8 GB initially. Although they recharge the pay-as-you-go router, the transition isn’t smooth. I wasted an hour to reconnect to internet, causing loss of sleep), bathroom smelled like sewage, shower stall was way too small, toilet commode was basically next to the bathroom wall, making your personal business very uncomfortable, bedroom was small, No sound proof (you can hear dogs in the next door barking at 2:30 am, echoing noises in the hall way, and people talking out in the street.)

You'll Be More Comfortable in a Public Restroom
This place looked nothing like the pictures and was considerably more run down. We traveled all over Europe, ended our trip at Ego Apts. It was supposed to be one of the nocer places we stayed, but it was not even close to the others, it was gross. The place smelled, the sink didn't swallow, it felt unsafe and the linens/silverware/amenities were low quality. When we complained and tried to show them the broken sink, they were combative and defensive. The entire experience with them was so bad that I just gave up the money and went to a different hotel. Would highly not recommend

Fantastic apartment! Piwna 27 has a 'New York loft' vibe. Wish we could have stayed longer! A few doors away from the check in office, and in the heart of Old Town Warsaw. Great beds, fully equipped kitchen and lovely shower. Highly recommend!

Great location, cute interior design
Apartment was clean and located near the Old Town Rynek ( market square). It's compact but includes all the necessities, including a washing machine and reliable WiFi. Keyed access from the outside is easy without codes but safe with 2 different keys for gate and door. The ML shops for a wide range of well priced grocery items, fruits, and vegetables are across the street, easy to stock up for the day. Check in and out times were flexible and accommodated my transport schedules.
