This barn conversion offers the best of both worlds - rural charm with modern amenities and a countryside setting close to quaint villages and towns including Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington and Henley in Arden.

Oak Tree Lodge is all on one level and accommodates 4 people. The living space is open plan with a lounge seating 5 people and a kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 plus a table and 4 chairs. The main double bedroom has a King size bed and is spacious and has ample wardrobe space, chest of drawers and a dressing table and mirror, off the bedroom is an ensuite shower room with a large shower, basin unit, toilet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds and has ample wardrobe space and a dressing table and chair. The main large shower room also has basin and toilet and bench style seating. Amenities include : Electric central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small chest freezer, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, toaster, TV with freeview, Radio, Wifi, hairdryer and travel cot and highchair. Bed linen, hand and bath towels and also tea towels and kitchen towels are provided.. Please note we do not provided any bedding or bed linen for the travel cot.

Outside is a patio area with furniture, a barbeque and ample parking for two cars.

The property is non smoking and sorry no pets allowed. Minimum 3 nights stay.

Oak Tree Lodge
This is a spacious, very clean and very well equipped barn in a beautiful and peaceful location. It is not far from Warwick and Henley on Thames, and there is a selection of places to eat out nearby. A very enjoyable stay.

Lovely little home
Oak Tree Lodge is lovely. Peaceful setting and our neighhhhh-bors in the actual barn next door were a treat. Waking up to horses in the pasture behind the lodge was definitely a new experience :). As for the actual lodge, beds and furniture are comfy, appliances work well and WiFi was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay!
The converted barn is an excellent base for exploring the Warwick area. I have no negatives to mention, but plenty of positives - the accommodation itself, well-equipped kitchen, comfy seating and beds, to name just a few. I would recommend a stay here.

Loved the accommodation, nice quiet location and great communication both pre and on arrival with owners. Had most things we needed, the only niggle was there was only one third of a roll of toilet tissue in the main bathroom. Not enough for three nights. Relaxing accessible cottage
The owners have created a space where everybody can feel comfortable. People with mobility problems will find the cottage easy to move around. The cottage is well placed to visit the Cotswolds, Warwick , Stratford and many other attractions.

Quiet country house, very comfortable
We had business that took us to Birmingham most days. It was a very reasonable drive to and from the city, and it was lovely to return each night to the quiet countryside. The house is very clean and comfortable, and had all that we needed to cook our own meals. My husband and I would book here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!
