Check in and out was quick and easy with friendly reception. All the staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving the evening meal. Shower is sub standard desperately needs upgraded. Not overly happy with the bed, just 2 singles zipped together with a mattress topper not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Staff were excellent and restaurant was lovely

The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.
