"Comfortable beds"

"We got here a little early about 11:49am) and asked to use the restroom, then we would come back later. I did explain that we did have a room booked. The lady just said no, barhroom was being cleaned. I could see the bathroom and it was not being cleaned. I think she should have asked for my i.d. , and once confirmed reservation, we use restroom. This was disappointing. However, when we did check in, it was a different staff person and she was amazing. Polite, respectful, charming. I will say this: Iwent down for coffee at 3:15ish and bathroom was being cleaned. So, does this mean the receptionist just did not want to be bothered earlier when we asked to use restroom? We were staying here "

"We loved that the hotel was just walking distance to the beach. It was a perfect spot to be able to get around the area easily. "

"The ocean views from our room were incredible! The kids enjoyed the beach which was walking distance and the pool was always clean and warm. It has several grills which we used for a BBQ poolside. The best part was how close it is to the pier with all its activities, dining options, and carnival! "

"I stayed at this hotel with a number of years ago and then it was closed for a few years I think or repurposed. They have redone the place and it really looks nice. It’s clean and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I will stay here again soon."
