My hotel of choice when travelling through the Portsmouth area. Well furnished, relaxed feel. Nice bar food. Free safe and plentiful parking. Great breakfast . Friendly and helpful staff. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are comfortable with everything you need and staff had sorted our adjoining rooms as I'd requested on expedia. Rooms were clean with good facilities - all you need. Evening food in the pub was lovely, but the full English breakfast was fantastic! To top it off - lovely staff and will definitely stay again.

Lovely room, spacious, clean, plenty of storage and beautifully decorated. Staffs were lovely and welcoming, breakfast was lovely. Probably the best hashbrowns that I will ever have. We had dinner but the menus was very limited. Hot water was also an issue and but we were compensated for the inconvenience. All in all this is a real steel.

The Staff at the Hotel were extremly helpful. I am disabled and needed extra assistance from time to time. This was provided without any delay. 10 out of 10. The boiler was broken so no showers. A refund was given without having to ask.

Great location for our stay, good safe parking, staff helpful and friendly. Had two evening meals, were well cooked and presented, good value for money and Red Fox beer very good. Only failure was no eggs at breakfast - they ran out resolved the next day.

A very warm, accommodating welcome, staff were delightful. Rooms were so comfy and well equipped, provisions for our four legged friends were also provided. Food was slightly on the slow side but delicious when it came. Breakfast was included in our stay. Free parking. Free wifi. Totally recommend.

Great stay with lovely food and service. However walls are paper thin and we had a large party of revellers screaming all night so we didn’t get any sleep. Single beds and pillows were uncomfortable and also the beds rolled around on their castors so every time you sat on one or moved it slid across the room. So overall the rooms need more thought as the price charged was high. The food at the pub and the service was excellent as was the breakfast. So if you could sort the rooms out better and ask guests to keep the noise down and be radial to other guests I would come again.
